Water crisis

Water is the basic necessity of life yet more than a billion people in the world do not have access to it. As of 2005, approximately 38.5 million people of Pakistan lack access to safe drinking water. By the year, 2025 the population of Pakistan is expected to raise considerably. Now, India is diverting water upstream, which is hurting Pakistan. The problem is that we are already a water-starved country.  There is a need to develop large and modern dams and water reservoirs to increase the water saving capacity.
