KARACHI  – An anti-terrorism court on Thursday indicted four accused, including the prime suspect Shahrukh Jatoi, in the Shahzeb Khan murder case.  The accused – Shahrukh Jotoi, Siraj Talpur, Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari – prayed to the court to render an order of not guilty. Earlier, the accused persons were produced before the court amid tight security. 

The court declared the other accused as proclaimed offenders, and ordered police to arrest them and produce them before it. It also issued orders for confiscating their properties. Meanwhile, the court summoned all the witnesses on Friday (today). Shahzeb, 21, son of DSP Aurangzeb Khan, was gunned down on the night between December 24 and 25, when he was returning home, along with his sister, after attending a wedding at the Country Club Apartments.
