ISLAMABAD - Army managed to carve out a nervy draw against Capital Development Authority (CDA) in their Patron's Trophy Grade-II 2013-2014 second round Group-B match Friday. Army lost 6 wickets for 82 while chasing 334 runs for victory. Earlier, CDA resumed their second innings at the overnight score of 65-5 and went on to score 270-9. Faizan Riaz remained unbeaten on 130. Khadim Hussain took 4 for 53 while Shahid Khan also chipped in with 3 for 82. In another Group-B match , Nadra managed to take bonus points against Dollar East by virtue of first innings lead as the match ended in a draw. Nadra finished the last day at 100-3 while chasing 212 runs for victory. Earlier, Dollar East declared their innings at 242-7 . Abdul Rehman made 77 and Shahan Akram 68.–Sports Reporter
