RAWALPINDI - Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi on Saturday gave last chance to Director General (DG) Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Malik Muhammad Iqbal to present the report about delivery of the arrest warrants to former President General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf in Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case. After, the ATC No 3 Judge adjourned the proceeding of BB assassination case till May 21, 2011. During in-camera trial of the case held at Adyala Jail, ATC No 3 judge Rana Nisar Ahmed Khan ordered DG FIA Malik Muhammad Iqbal to submit the report whether the arrest warrants were executed or not. DG FIA Malik Muhammad Iqbal apprised the court that he was not in a position to tell the court about delivery of arrest warrants to former President General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf since the ministries of interior and foreign affairs were dealing the matter with the UK. Earlier, the court had refused to declare former president Pervez Musharraf as Proclaimed Offender (PO) in BB murder case. It is pertinent to mention here that ATC No 3 Judge Rana Nisar Ahmed Khan had issued non-bailable arrest warrants for General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf after he was declared absconding accused in the case.
