BERLIN- Lazio striker Miroslav Klose has proved his injury worries are behind him by equalling the record for the most goals in a Serie A match as he closes in on Gerd Mueller's 38-year-old record for the most goals forGermany. Klose netted five goals in Lazio's 6-0 demolition ofBolognain Serie A on Sunday to signal that he is back to his best meant his last goal for the Rome-based side was back on December 15. With 126 appearances and 67 goals forGermany, Klose is just one short of Mueller's record of 68 goals, scored in 62 games. Mueller's last goal came onJuly 7, 1974when he scored the winner in the 2-1 victory over theNetherlandsin the World Cup final. AFP
