GUJRANWALA - The DHA Gujranwala management retained its vow of delivering an aesthetically futuristic living and has taken a new major step of ground development. The ground-breaking of DHA Gujranwala’s Sectoral Mosque and state of the art Villas with smart amenities of 5, 6 and 10 Marla was conducted on Friday at the site by the authority. The event was attended by the DHA Gujranwala staff, various investors, registered dealers, and representatives of MN International Pvt Ltd, JVP ABA Associate Pvt Ltd, Mureed International & Co, JVP AlKhair Developer, M. Asad Contractors and Pak Arab Services Pvt Ltd. with whom the authority has signed MoUs for the construction of its villas and Amir Daud Enterprises for the sectoral mosque. Project Director, Brig Muhammad Amer Kayani was the guest of honor and graced the occasion with his presence. He addressed the audience saying, “We had been working on the plan of Villas and the Sectoral Mosque for last one year and by the grace of Allah Almighty we stand here today. DHA Gujranwala has something for those members who had been waiting. We will try to complete the construction as soon as possible. I am very thankful of the contractors and the registered dealers for their presence. I pray to Allah for his support and hope that these projects and others that are lined up are completed efficiently.”
While talking to the media present at site, the Project Director DHA Gujranwala said, “DHA Gujranwala has completed land acquisition of 3000 acres by the grace of Allah, now we’re all set to launch for the entire population of Gujranwala and Pakistan. We will be first launching 400 Villas of 5 Marla and 10 Marla which will address the needs of our people as per the tagline, ‘an affordable posh living”.
