Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has said that the existing network of Pakistan Railways would be upgraded and its services will be improved with help of China.

In an interview, he said development of the Railway sector would ensure success of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

While talking about the future of Gwadar port he said that it would be the world’s eighth largest port, with a capacity to accommodate around two hundred ships after completion.

Sheikh Rashid said, “Prime Minister Imran Khan's recent visit to China has silenced negative propaganda against Pak-China relations.”
