LAHORE - Chairman Emergency Response Committee Shalimar Town, Pervaiz Malik directed WASA and Solid Waste Management Department on Friday to remove heaps of garbage and clean ponds in Union Council No. 16 and 13. While presiding over a meeting of the committee at Shalimar Town, Pervaiz Malik directed all departments including WASA and Solid Waste Management to present written report of their performance in the meeting. He said that WASA and Solid Waste Management played an important role in controlling dengue virus. He said that those factories spreading pollution and dirtiness would be sealed.
