OUR STAFF REPORTER TOBA TEK SINGH - District and Sessions judge Muhammad Abdul Nasir sought report on Friday from the prosecutor regarding allegations of the use of substandard material and delay in construction of roads in Mehmoodabad locality situated on Jhang Road. Citizens Welfare Council Chief Mian Ihsanul Haq Burki had complained to district and Sessions judge with powers as chairman of District Human Rights Commission, that funds of MNA grant for the said locality being wasted by the contractor with the connivance of Works Department officials. D&SJ had summoned Local Government Assistant Engineer, Assistant Director and contractor but only Assistant Engineer appeared before the judge.
