KARACHI - Renowned religious scholar and leader of Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunnat Pakistan, a former MNA Shah Turabul Haq Qadri who passed away here Thursday, was laid to rest at Khori Garen after Friday prayers.

Large number of people including religious scholars, people from various walks of life attended the funeral prayers of the Shah Turab-ul-Haq Qadri.

The funeral prayers led by Syed Shah Abdul Haq Qadri was offered at Boulton Market M A Jinnah Road while the central Amir of Jamat Ahle Sunnat Pakistan, Allama Mazhar Saeed Kazmi and Mufti Munib Ur Rehman offered ‘Dua’. Later, the mortal remain was brought to Memon Masjid Khori Garden for burial.

The deceased was laid to rest at the side of Allama Qari Muslaheuddin Siddiqui.

Meanwhile, the leaders of religious, political and other organizations continued to offer their condolences of the demise of Allama Shah Turab ul Haq. In their messages they expressed heartfelt condolence on the demise of prominent religious scholar.

Furthermore, the son of Shah Turab ul Haq, Allama Shah Abdul Haq Qadri talking to media men vowed to continue the mission of the Shah Turab-Ul-Haq Qadri. They further announced that the Soyem of the deceased would be held on Saturday after Maghrib prayers at Memon Masjid Khori Garden.
