Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) General Secretary Syed Nayyer Hussian Bukhari has said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government once again took a big ‘U-Turn’ by giving contrast statements over going to IMF.

He said that Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan used to say in his election campaign that he would ask for a loan. He was also talking about breaking the begging bowl, but it has turned to be a hallow claim only. He said that the government has made full preparedness for taking loans from IMF.

The PPP’s leader said that PM Imran should tell the nation that is it the change they promised, taking the begging bowl to IMF’s conference. He said that first PM Imran Khan met the NAB chairman and then he showed mistrust on him, which is just like threatening.

“NAB would have to prove that it is unbiased. People of the country are waiting anxiously for the arrests of corrupt officials sitting in the government,” the former Senate chairman added.
