Crime rate surges in Bhawalnagar alarmingly

OUR STAFF REPORTER BHAWALNAGAR - Due to poor law and order situation in Bhawalnagar, citizens are left at the mercy of robbers and thieves as 10 cases of theft were registered only in a day. One Muzammil Hussain, son of Bashir Ahmad, was deprived of Rs 1,01400 cash, 15 tola gold and 16 tola silver, three cell phones and a licensed gun of 12 bore. Muzammil is the resident of Kabotri located in Ghumandpur precincts. The dacoits tied the whole family, committed the robbery and fled from the scene. Police had registered a case and were investigating. In second incident, one Allah Ditta was deprived of a pulley of Peter engine by Shabbir and his accomplices allegedly. City police Bahawalnagar registered a case. In another incident, Sana Ullah resident of Basti Judana was deprived of two tola gold and cash worth Rs10,000 by Allah Baksh and his accomplices. A case had been registered. Meanwhile, seven accused were booked by Saddar police Bahawalnagar on court orders. Naziran Bibi, resident of Sawai Wala, had submitted the application alleging that accused had deprived her from gold ornament and Rs1,50,000. One Khalid Pervaiz resident of Jandwala submitted the application that Yasin and Ramzan had stolen his bike. Donga Bonga police registered a case. Moreover, Muhammad Irfan resident of Khatan was deprived of cell phone and Rs13,000 by Muhammad Fayyaz and his six accomplices. A case had been registered. Another theft case was registered on the court orders against Hashim and accomplices on the report of Yousaf. He was deprived of 1.5 tola gold, 30 tola silver, Rs10,000 cash. In another incident, Shahzad Saeed was deprived of his motorbike in the limits of Minchinabad police station. Police registered a case. Dahranwala police booked Arif and accomplices on the charges of stealing tube well devices on the complaint of Liaquat. In the limits of Faqirwali police station, one Irfan Manzoor was deprived of cash Rs75,000 and stabiliser by unknown thieves.
