Imran vows to reach Islamabad regardless of all barriers; rejects PM’s offer of dialogue on all issues

ISLAMABAD- Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan has rejected the offer of dialogue by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif saying that negotiations would only be held after 14th August march.

Reacting to the offer made by the prime minister, Imran Khan said Nawaz Sharif used the National Security Conference for political purpose and made a political statement. He said there would be no dialogue on any issue with the government including recounting in 10 constituencies.

He vowed that whatever the government would do, Tsunami of PTI workers would flood Islamabad. He invited all the political parties to join the Azadi March asking them not to stand on both sides of the wicket.

Imran Khan sent a strong message to PM Nawaz Sharif that it  was now a struggle for democracy against monarchy. He said the Sharifs' attempts to stifle democracy and disrupt the whole country by closing major arteries, petrol stations and means of public transport will not work.

He said PM Nawaz Sharif's attempt to exploit an issue of national security for mere political purposes and photo op has proven that PTI's boycott of this farcical conference was absolutely correct.

After the PM's ridiculous and unsuccessful attempt to try and show that PTI is ‘isolated’, Khan said the PTI will, under no circumstance, put forward its future course before arriving in Islamabad with the Azadi March on 14 August. “The march will come to Islamabad regardless of the barriers the government is trying to put up.”

Imran Khan also reminded the nation about the anti-democratic antics of the PMLN and Sharifs including attacking the Supreme Court and destroying all institutions, merit and indulging in siphoning off billions of public money in personal funds.

He reminded that in 2009, when Nawaz Sharif initiated the long march, the then government did not put up any hurdles while now the PML-N government was arresting their workers from across the country.

The PTI chief warned that they wouldn’t allow the arrest of PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri
