Speaking on the occasion, Arbab Muhammad Farooq Kasi said his father was kidnapped from the bustling road of the city in broad day light, adding, “We have adopted a democratic and legal way and recorded our protest in this regard.”

He also expressed gratitude to all politicians, tribesmen and people belonging to different segments of society who had expressed solidarity with them following his father’s abduction.

He said they had provided the cell numbers of the kidnappers and other information to the administration and now it was government’s duty to protect life and property of the masses and recover Arbab Abdul Zahir Kasi.
