CHITRAL - The District Nazim yesterday announced three days mourning over the tragic plane crash near Havalian, which claimed the lives of 48 persons onboard the plane. All the businesses and educational institutions remained closed on Thursday. Apart from 13 persons, Chitral DC and his spouse are also among the plane crash victims. It is to be noted that PIA-ATR plane going to Islamabad from Chitral had crashed near Havalian on Wednesday evening, killing all the passengers including renowned religious scholar Junaid Jamshed.
