Interior Minister Rehman Malik Tuesday told the National Assembly that the country has been in a state of war. Speaking in National Assembly he said the report on February 5 incidents in Karachi will be presented within three weeks adding that most of the accused of Karachi incidents have been arrested. Winding up a debate in the lower house over Karachi incidents, Malik said Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Sahaba and Jaish Muhammad outfits were involved in Karachi incident and four members of Jindullah has been arrested. He said statements of US Secretary Defence Robert Gates and Provincial Minister for Information Bashir Bilour were misquoted by media regarding presence of Black Water and DynCorp in Pakistan. US Secretary Defence Robert Gates and Bashir Bilour were misquoted by the media as both have categorically denied the presence of Black Water in Pakistan.
