The peace agreement in Parachinar and its welcoming by the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban (TTP) seems to depict the history being repeated. Although, the peace agreement might give relief to the local people engulfed in violence, but given the previous experience these terror outfits have always used the garb of peace to recuperate and strengthen their position in the area. Whenever, these outfits feel fit to engage, they break the truce and again challenge the writ of the state in the area.
