RAWALPINDI: Police arrested three members’ gang and recovered weapons, stolen motorcycle, cash and mobile phones from their possession.Addressing a press conference in Sadiqabad police station, Deputy Superintendent of Police New Town Raza Ullah Khan said that the gang was involved in various acts of street crimes in the city.

He revealed that the gang used to borrow motorcycles from their friends and committed robberies. He said that with hectic efforts, the police managed to round up members of the gang, all residents of Rawalpindi and identified as Muhammad Abdullah, Muhammad Amir Shahzad and Muhammad Ali.–APP

The culprits confessed 30 attempts of street crime, he added. The DSP said that prime responsibility of police was to protect the lives and property of the people.
