New BZU director vows better edu facilities

VEHARI - Dr Waqas Malik took over the charge of Director Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Vehari Campus on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, he that the classes will be held on regular basis. He also vowed to overcome shortage of teachers at the university campus. He also pledged to resolve problems of students on priority basis.

Dr Waqas said that a computer lab and a library will be installed within two months. He said that security cameras on the premises of campus are functioning well and adding the greenbelt at the campus will be completed within a week. He requested the government to provide requisite funds for the establishment of new classrooms because the campus building is not sufficient for the students.

 "South Punjab is a fertile area not only in agriculture but also in education," he pointed out. "We appreciate and are adherent to the vision of BZU Multan Vice Chancellor Dr Tahir Amin," he added.
