LAHORE – Pakistani position-holder students, who are visiting Europe on the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, have reached Scotland where they visited University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde.

According to an official handout, the students were given a warm welcome by the university administration when they reached University of Glasgow and senior professors informed them about the subjects being taught at the university and the teaching methods being used.

University of Glasgow is famous for its Department of Aeronautical Engineering. The students visited various departments of the university and sought information about the subjects taught at the university.

In the second phase of their visit the students went to University of Strathclyde. The incharge of the International Office welcomed the students and informed them about the university. University of Strathclyde is known for its Departments of Management Sciences and Tourism. The students went to different sections of the university and met the teachers and students.

Later, Pakistani community in Glasgow arranged a reception in honour of Pakistani top position-holders.
