Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over the conference, says a press release issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The conference was attended by Corps Commanders, Principal Staff Officers and all Formation Commanders of Pakistan Army.
“Participants were briefed on professional matters, national security challenges and response measures,” the ISPR said. COAS expressed satisfaction over progress of Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad and lauded the achievements made thus far.

COAS laid special emphasis on maintaining high standards of operational preparedness in the wake of evolving geo-strategic milieu. “Pakistan Army being a professional institution shall always fulfil its responsibilities towards security, integrity and sovereignty of Pakistan as a sacred duty,” the ISPR quoted COAS as saying.
ISPR warns of legal action over ‘malicious allegations’ against army, its leadership

Pakistan Army’s media wing on Wednesday termed the insinuations on social media quoting former finance minister as baseless propaganda.
In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) also warned that peddling malicious allegations and blatant lies against the institution and its leadership to promote vested interests is condemnable, and institution reserves the right to take legal action against those involved.
The ISPR further said that the insinuations by Shaheen Sehbai and some others on social media quoting the Former Finance Minister are baseless propaganda. The same has also been duly rebutted by Mr Shaukat Tarin himself.
Qatar lauds professionalism of Pakistan’s Armed Forces

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa said Wednesday that Pakistan values its brotherly relations with Qatar and Pakistan Army also looks forward for enhanced defence and security cooperation with Qatari Armed Forces.
He was talking to Commander Qatar Air Force Major General Jassim Mohamed Ahmed Al-Mannai, who called on him in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.
The visiting dignitary acknowledged the professionalism of the Pakistan Armed Forces and vowed to enhance cooperation in various fields. During the meeting, matters of mutual & professional interests and regional security situation were discussed.
