RAWALPINDI - Jammat-ud-Dawa (JuD) will come to the streets today (Friday) to protect the rights of Baloch people.

JuD members along with Difa-e-Pakistan Council (DPC) will bring out a massive rally from Liaquat Bagh, Rawalpindi to National Press Club (NPC) Islamabad to express solidarity with Baloch people. The rally, led by JuD Rawalpindi Nazim Ahsan Ullah, will also be attended by JuD local leadership along with hundreds of its activists and people belonging to various walks of life.

According to schedule, announced here on Thursday, the rally “Youm-e-Yakjahti Balochistan Caravan” will be taken out from Liaquat Bagh which will reach NPC Islamabad by passing through Faizabad, Islamabad Express Way and Zero Point, where DPC and JuD office bearers and Baloch national leaders will address the participants.

JuD Rawalpindi Nazim Ahsan Ullah, in a statement issued here, said that JuD would make all out efforts to foil the conspiracies of US and India to spoil the peace of Balochistan, country’s largest province.

He said that people of Punjab were with Baloch brothers and would not leave them alone during this hard time. “The purpose of holding this rally is to convey a message to people of Balochistan that residents of Punjab has strong ties with people of Balochistan.

It is the integral part of country and it is our prime duty to shield this province and help its people in getting their due rights” JuD Rawalpindi Nazim Ahsan Ullah said.
