LOS ANGELES: Sir Paul McCartney had a special dish made for him at a restaurant in Hollywood. The vegetarian 'Please Please Me' singer and his wife, Nancy Shevell, ate with his former The Beatles bandmate Ringo Star and his spouse, Barbara Bach, at upmarket eatery Il Piccolino, but when he couldn't decide what he wanted from the menu, the owner took him to speak to the chef and they came up with an appetising dish. A source said: ''The owner, a friend, escorted the ex-Beatle into the kitchen where Paul watched intently as the chef prepared veggies chosen by the star.''–ES
