LAHORE: Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) arrested two tehsildars and a clerk allegedly involved in transferring more than 1,200 kanals land illegally in the name of private individuals, sources said on Thursday.  They said that DG ACE was trying to keep the development away from the media. Sources disclosed that main accused Additional Collector, Aamir Naqeeb, was on bail and could not be arrested. The ACE had registered a case against nine accused who were involved in unauthorised transfer of land of worth millions of rupees.  Those arrested included Tehsildar, Sheikh Waseem and Syed Akmal Shah and Clerk Ibraheem Iqbal.–Staff Reporter
