Islamabad: While expressing his satisfaction over the proceedings of the Judicial Commission , PTI Secretary General Jahangir Tareen has said that the rigging probing body was going on the right track and its verdict will take time.

While taking to media persons outside the Supreme Court today, Tareen said that extraordinary disclosures were being made before the commission and its findings will be crucial, on its final verdict on the poll fraud. He said that a decisive decision was expected from the robbing body and its verdict will help strengthen democracy in the country.

Answering a question, the PTI leader said that the government has failed to put in place a robust energy conservation regime. It was forcing traders to close businesses early, which was tantamount to their economic murder. He alleged that the government was only imposing its economic policies, which carry the risk of backfire, and the business community was perturbed over the government economic policies.

He said that the government was ruining the lives of the youth by issuing them loans through banks, which may turn into bed debts. Tareen said that had they not staged sit-ins not, neither the Judicial Commission were to be set up nor investigations into the poll fraud were conducted. He hoped the Judicial Commission’s findings would be crucial in setting the future course of democracy in the country.
