KPK government warns terrorist suspects' families to report suspicious acts

Peshawar: The KPK government has urged its people to report to the police or political agents about any missing persons. People have been urged to inform the authorities if any of their family members are missing or haven’t been in touch with them.

The government has warned that if anyone is found involved in terrorist activities and their families did not report about their disappearance, the head of that family would be brought to justice.

In a very clear warning published in National newspapers, the government has stated that families of anyone suspected of being involved in terrorist activities are required to provide the authorities with pictures of the suspect.

The punishments for not reporting the disappearance of a family member include capital punishment, life sentence or confiscation of property.
