ISLAMABAD – Lyrical Waves, a solo show of colorful abstract paintings by Fariya Zaeem will be displayed here on November 10 at gallery 6 to explore spiritual connections through different techniques of art.
Fariya Zaeem’s paintings are based on lyrical abstraction that primarily convey a sense of the larger spiritual outlook.
Her work is more about a certain temperament, a desire to communicate concepts, thoughts, ideas, and emotions abstractly, beyond merely exploring art principles of composition, tone, value, line, hue, texture, etc, said Arjumand Faisel, Curator of the show.
Ambassador of the Netherlands, H. Gajus Scheltema will inaugurate the show. The exhibition will remain open till November 24 for art lovers.
