ISLAMABAD (PR) – The Youth Economic Empowerment Project (YEEP) and operational planning workshop for the training and employment opportunities for the youth & women in rural districts of southern Punjab was held here. YEEP, with the project cost of 2.48 million Euros, funded by European Union and Plan International, with the duration of 42 months, will benefit youth to gain marketable skills in order to access more sustainable livelihoods.
YEEP will be implemented in three rural districts of Southern Punjab, Muzaffarqarh Rajanpur and Layyah to economically empower the youth to engage in viable employment.
Plan International, will be responsible for overall coordination, monitoring and implementing the project.
 with local partners National Rural Support Program (NRSP) and National Training Bureau (NTB).
