The deadly attack on the Sufi Shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi is an assault on the principles of Sufism. The sectarian conflict poses a serious threat to Pakistan. As a nation we needs to embark upon a reformist agenda which envisions promoting pluralist traditions and the core foundations of humanism in Islam.
