Bangladesh have extended the contract of their Australian cricket coach Jamie Siddons until the 2011 World Cup, a senior official of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) said on Wednesday. Siddons joined Bangladesh in November 2007, replacing his compatriot Dav Whatmore. The official said pace bowler Mashrafe Mortaza and all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan had been retained as captain and vice-captain of the national team for a five-match one-day series against Zimbabwe starting in October.
