Chief Minister Shabaz Sharif announced the Punjab Youth Internship Program (PYIP). The program was specially publicised for the unemployed youth of Punjab so that they could acquire training to enhance their skills. I was nominated as an intern in this program. They issued me a District ID: PKP-140 badge. The badge awarding ceremony was held on January 28, 2013 at Government College Sahiwal. Hamza Sharif graced this occasion. In this ceremony, Youth of District Pakpattan were awarded the ‘Intern Badges’ and a letter, pertaining to the Youth Internship Program was issued to all of us. PYIP team informed us that the placement of jobs will be after one week and we will be informed by email. After this event, no email or any post was sent to us. We are all waiting. I request Mr Shabaz Sharif to take action against this unfairness toward the youth of Punjab and announce job for them.
