Pakistan capable of resolving Yemen conflict: Fazl ur Rehman

Islamabad: JUI-F chief Maulana Fazl ur Rehman has said Pakistan has potential to resolve Yemen crisis.

“Pakistan has capability to address Yemen conflict, by taking along with it other influential countries of region. We will always remain ready to extend full cooperation for the protection of Haramain Sharifain and geographical borders of Saudi Arabia”, he said this while speaking to journalists today.

He pointed out that resolution was floated in the joint session of parliament, wherein priority has been given to diplomatic efforts for resolution of Yemen issue. If the people and state of Saudi Arabia face any destabilization, then the entire Muslim Ummah will protect Haramain Sharifain.

He went on to say that Judicial Commission (JC) was formed after two years due to a political party. “I ask from speaker National Assembly (NA) those who are sitting in the house, after tendering resignation are unconstitutional. As to why a legal proceeding is not being initiated against them. On the other hand JC has been constituted against those who have come to assembly, after having been elected in 2013 elections.  First of all it should be decided, those who have come to parliament after giving resignation are sitting therein in what capacity.”
