I would like to request you to find time for surprise visit to few District Courts , as the Japanese says seeing is believing, then you will know how the present justice system is working and dispensing justice to common man. Like all others state institution the judiciary needs structural as well as changes in the operational system. Why a simple civil cases are taking decades to decide? Why one generation to other generation have to wait? Why the application of law for rich is not the same as it is for the have not? Why the criminals , corrupt politicians are becoming rulers again and again? Why former CJP is using Government fuel paid bullet proof car, Is there any precedent of such privilege to others retired CJP? Is Judiciary is also not responsible for present conditions of Pakistan? I appeal you to ponder on these questions.
