Six including four real brothers gunned down over property dispute in Rawalpindi

At least six persons including four real brothers were killed in firing during a jirga to resolve property dispute here in Rawalpindi on early Friday morning.
According to details, two groups headed by Waheed Qureshi and Ibrar were in enmity over property share and a jirga was summoned in Gulistan Colony Line - 3 to resolve the issue.
However, as soon as the jirga started, accused Waheed Qureshi opened fire killing five persons on the spot and injuring another. The injured person was rushed to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital where he also succumbed to his wounds.
The deceased included four real brothers Salman Qureshi, Pervez Qureshi, Aurangzeb Qureshi and Junaid Qureshi who had recently returned from Kuwait to celebrate Eid ul Fitr while two others were identified as Adnan and Javed. The police registered a case against the murderer and started search for him.
