LAHORE – The ninth lecture of Pakistan Day Special Lecture Series on ‘I Saw Pakistan in the Making’ will be delivered on Friday at Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan.

The Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust (NPT) has organised the lecture series in collaboration with the Pakistan Movement Workers Trust.

Pakistan Movement Workers Muhammad Arshad Ch and Mirza Muhammad Aslam will deliver the lecture to create awareness among the new generation about events that took place during the creation of Pakistan. Meanwhile, Brig (r) Zafar Iqbal Ch in his lecture said that under the leadership of the Quaid-e-Azam, who struggled hard to face the conspiracies hatched by the Hindus and the British jointly against the new born ideological state, he worked for the creation of a separate homeland for Muslims. He said that the founding father of the nation, Quaid-e-Azam, was a real hero whose struggle for independence was unmatched in history.

He said that a responsibility of protecting the ideological state rests with the new generation. He also told many Pakistan Movement events including the miseries of immigrants during partition. He said that Hameed Nizami (late) introduced him to the Quaid-e-Azam in 1947 who gifted him a book. He also showed the book on the occasion.

The students of Ahsan Foundation High School visited Aiwan-i-Karkunan-i-Tehreek-i-Pakistan to attend NPT’s aghi program. They also saw Pakistan Movement Gallery.  

Also, mobile ideological units led by their coordinators visited Pak College Multan Road, Government Vocational Institute Walton, City District High School Mughalpura, Darul Uloon Jamia Kanzul Quran Kot Khwaja Saeed and Hune Academy Ferozewala, respectively.

The institution heads presided over the ceremonies in the said institutions and in their address they lauded the NPT’s role in disseminating the Two Nation theory to the new generation.
