PESHAWAR - Provincial Chairman Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) Sikandar Hayat Sherpao said that dialogues with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government regarding future alliance are in the final stage and soon QWP party will be part of PTI led ruling coalition.

He said this while addressing the concluding ceremony of a training session organized by Centre for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) shop under the umbrella of Harnessing Future Leaders (HFL), a youth leadership skills development project that aims to raise awareness among the youth to comprehend their role as future leaders.

Sikandar Hayat Sherpao said that youth is the asset of the country and their better training is a sign of bright future.

"Rule of law is an important ingredient for the development of the country', he said adding that the youth of Pashtun's are passing through a difficult stage, but any type of situation can be tackled through tolerance and proper education.

To a question regarding the timeline of power sharing with PTI, he said that it would be premature to give a timeline regarding possible alliance with PTI as all important issues have been addressed and the decision will be taken in the next few days. Executive Director CRSS, Imtiaz Gul, Program Manager Shams Momand, master trainer Dr Khadim Hussain and Shagufta Gul and more than 60 male and female students from different educational institutions of Peshawar, Nowshera and Charsadda were also present. Addressing the participants, Imtiaz Gul said that youth are real change makers and together they can bring about a positive change in the society.

"Unfortunately there are very few youth-focused opportunities that could help them channel their talent and energies for participation in and contribution to the national socio-political life through focused intellectual capacity building and communication skills enhancing programs", he said.
