SHARJAH - UAE-based Pakistanis thronged to “Real Estate & Investment Pakistan Expo” being held at the Sharjah Expo Centre with the collaboration of Nawa-i-Waqt Media Group over the weekend to scour through property bargains during the first edition of the two-day Pakistan Property Exhibition that was held from December 8 to 9, 2017.
“Developers from the port city of Karachi and Punjab will showcase and sell their projects at the exhibition. The exhibitors will also feature exclusive deals and bargains visitors. On sale are housing plots, villas, apartments, commercial offices and plots amongst other investment options,” highlighted Adnan Iqbal, who has conceptualized and presented this opportunity to the residents of the northern emirates by hosting it in Sharjah.
“There are approximately 1.3 million Pakistanis living in the UAE, making up one of the largest expatriate communities in the country,” explained Adnan Iqbal. “The need for investment back home has surged a demand for such events which provide a common platform for the developers, whilst giving the investor a bouquet of opportunities to choose from,” he added.
Pakistan Business Council in UAE had a special stand to welcome the residents looking for investment opportunities in their homeland Pakistan. Their exclusive newsletter was also distributed to the visitors who were keen on looking up deals across Pakistan from Karachi, Gwadar, Lahore and other key cities of Pakistan.
“We Pakistanis are eager to invest back home but unfortunately going all the way and looking for the right property is a disadvantage. Plus, online we can’t be sure and it’s never safe to trust but when we heard about this event we made sure we will attend it because to be able to talk to the right people and be able to choose from such a huge bouquet of properties both residential and commercial is a unique opportunity” explained Ahmed Choudry, who was visiting along with his brother and family members.
Exhibitors featured exclusive spot sales and easy monthly payment plans for visitors. The visitors participated in the raffles draw to win IPhones and LEDs.
