LAHORE The Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, during his Murree visit, inspected many development projects and reviewed progress of ongoing schemes, says a press release. The CM was given a detailed briefing by Saad S. Khan, Managing Director, Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab, on the development schemes executed by TDCP. He informed that the PIA Park and Bagh-e-Shaheedan have been completed and are ready for public. He also briefed the CM about other schemes run by TDCP including Nighat Zar Park opposite the Church on The Mall, a tourist Soft Wheel Train, Hiking Tracks and a beautiful Amphitheatre which are completed and functional, and are being successfully used by thousands of tourists each year. In the Amphitheatre, the TDCP organized four functions in the present summer season, including two musical nights and two family evenings with comedy show, puppet show and magic show. The Chief Minister took keen interest in all projects undertaken by the TDCP for public welfare and facilitation of the tourists.
