Islamabad: PTI Vice-President Shah Mahmood Quereshi has expressed his astonishment, over a meek response of the Foreign Office on the statement of Indian Prime Minister Narinder Modi.

While talking to reporters outside Parliament House today, the PTI leader said that the Indian prime minister’s statement was against diplomatic norms and a harsh reality, that India was involved in breaking of Pakistan.

“Modi’s statement at this crucial time would have negative impact on relationship of the two neighboring countries. Pakistan wants its disputes with India settled through bilateral talks, but the Indian leadership seems averse to settling bilateral issues.” Qureshi said that said that PTI CHIE Imran Khan has taken up with the UN the excesses being committed to Myanmar Muslims, by writing a letter to UN chief. He demanded OIC and human rights organizations to take notice of human rights violations and mass murders in Myanmar.

He also called upon Muslim countries to raise the issue at every international forum.
