ISLAMABAD (APP) - Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Nepal Ram Prasad Shrestha on Wednesday sat with a two-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and witnessed proceedings of the Court. The visiting Nepalese Chief Justice adorned the bench beside the CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Justice Ghulam Rabbani and keenly observed the judicial proceedings. He was provided an opportunity to witness proceedings as mark of respect for him. Moreover, his wife was also among the litigants and counsels who witnessed the proceedings. On Tuesday night, the Chief Justice had welcomed him and members of his delegation and said that the visit would strengthen cooperation between the judicial organs of the two countries.
