The Lahore High Court (LHC) has reserved its verdict regarding President Zardari's dual office case on Thursday. A full bench of Lahore High Court, chaired by Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, was hearing a petition regarding the dual office of President Asif Zardari, who also has the office of co-chairman of the PPP. The petitioners lawyer, A.K. Dogar, said that under the Constitution of Pakistan, the president cannot hold two offices. Lawyers of President Zardari and federal government boycotted the court proceedings. The court reserved its verdict on the petition filed by Pakistan Lawyers Forum, Awami Peoples Party and Asif Mehmood Advocate.
