The Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik during his official two-day visit to the UK will hold high level meetings in the perspective of joint cooperation between the two countries on various issues. The Minister will meet his counterpart Home Secretary Theresa May, besides meetings with Chairperson Conservative Party and Cabinet Minister Baroness Sayeeda Warsi, Minister for Immigration Damian Green, and Minister for Security and Counter Terrorism Baroness Neville-Jones.Malik who arrived here on Wednesday is accompanied by Additional Secretary, Interior, Shahid Hamid and National Coordinator, National Counter Terrorism Authority, (NACTA) Zafar Ullah Khan. The Federal Ministers visit is in continuation of close partnership between Pakistan and the United Kingdom in diverse areas and follows last week visit to Pakistan of Sir Peter Ricketts, UK National Security Adviser, whose discussion with Pakistani leadership focused around Afghanistan, South Asia, war against terrorism and regional security issues.
