LAHORE - The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and University of Eastern Philippines can collaborate in the area of environmental toxicology and making joint research models to control the environment pollutants. This was stated by the heads of these universities during a technical session of the national seminar and workshop on Environmental Toxicology and Health in an online video conference which was hosted by Cambridge University scholar Dr Sohail Ijaz. In the meanwhile, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Nawaz has called for the formation of an association he has lovingly labelled the Pakistan Association of Toxicology to create awareness through workshop seminar as well as work jointly to fight against toxins which are hazardous for human and animal health and environment as well.
