LAHORE - All Pakistan Bilingual Declamation Contest kicked off on Friday at Government MAO College. The event is organized by the college’s Debating Society. College principal Dr Farhan Ebadat inaugurated the two-day event where more than 15 teams from all over Pakistan are participating.
