KARACHI - Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Ameer Muhammad Hussain Mehanti has said imposition of Sharia is the only solution to all crises.
He was addressing a big protest rally at Banaras Chowk. The rally was organised by Shabab-e-Milli of district West to condemn the US and Nato for desecrating the holy Quran in Afghanistan. The participants were carrying placards inscribed with condemnation remarks against the US and Nato forces.
Mehanti paid tribute to Afghan Mujahideen for attacking US, Nato at United Nation Centres in Afghanistan to convey their fury and wrath against the desecration of the holy Quran. He said that the Muslim would always prefer death while defending the holy Quran and Islam.
He demanded of the government to disconnect relations with the US and in order to overcome the menaces of poverty, lawlessness and unemployment, it should immediately impose the Islamic Sharia in the country.
