KARACHI - President Asif Ali Zardari Saturday strongly condemned the bomb blast in Peshawar that has resulted into the loss of precious human lives while injuring others.
The President said that such heinous acts clearly reflected that those behind such acts have no respect for the sanctity of religious places. He reiterated that the government and the people of Pakistan cannot be deterred by such cowardly acts and would continue their fight against militancy till its logical conclusion.
While expressing sympathies with the bereaved families, the President directed the concerned to ensure that the best medical assistance was provided to the injured.
