PESHAWAR  - Chief of Tehreek-e-Nefazi Sharriat Muhammadi (TNSM) Maulana Sufi Mohammad was re-shifted to central jail Peshawar after getting medical treatment in Lady Reading Hospital on Wednesday.

Sources said that condition of Maulana Sufi Mohammad deteriorated in central jail and after that he was shifted for medical check up.

Various medical tests were conducted in the laboratory of LRH, where high alert was declared for his security.

After, his complete medical check up, Maulana Sufi Mohammad was again brought to central jail Peshawar.

Maulana Sufi Mohammad is also father in law of Fazlullah the chief of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan who was engaged in anti state activities in Swat since 2008 where large number of people had fled the valley to escape the wrath of Taliban.

Sufi Mohammad during a public speech grassy ground Swat had declared that democracy is an Infidelity.

The FIR registered against him include section 153 of PPC which deal with promoting violence and disharmony between two groups while another section include 11-F3 of anti terrorism court which means to bring people and instigate them on anti state activities.

Sufi Mohammad has been acquitted in 10 cases while several cases are still pending in the court of law due to which he has been detained and under incarceration.

Later after a month the anti-terrorism court in Peshawar ordered the transfer of two sedition cases registered against chief of the banned Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e-Muhammadi (TNSM) Maulana Sufi Muhammad to a Sessions Court in Mingora area of Swat.
