Emilia Clarke discusses ageing in entertainment industry

Islamabad - Emilia Clarke has revealed she told a facialist to ‘get out’ after they told her she needed filler aged 28. The former Game Of Thrones star told that she was left fuming after being told to get the anti-ageing treatment.

When asked about the worst skincare advice she had received, the actress, now 34, said: ‘I once had a facialist who told me I needed filler and I showed her the door. I was literally just like, “get out”. Her exact words were, “Then, you can have your face back.” At that point I was 28.’

The star also opening up about her thoughts on ageing in the film industry, saying: ‘At 34, I am wiser, more intelligent, I’ve had more experiences, I’ve done all this stuff and I’m proud of that. So, if my face is going to reflect the time that I’ve spent on this earth, I’m down for that.’ The star continued to say she feels pressure to get injections in the film industry but knows she works in an industry where she needs to show expressions.
