He expressed satisfaction over the collection of taxes and revenue and said that illegal construction and encroachment should be demolished on priority basis and maintain the beautification of the city. He urged the officers and staffers of KBCA to make sure establishment of parking space in all the new building projects, besides making sure the presence of fire fighting equipment in the building. He said a complaint centre in KBCA would be activated which resolved public complaints immediately. He said if any misconduct or illegal activities had noted in the building sector it would be investigated. "Employees of the KBCA will get incentives and other benefits," he announced. Agha made it clear that KBCA is the part of Sindh government as it was in the past.
