The students sitting for their annual CIE examination are VIPs, they sit for their exams in air-conditioned halls while the rest of the students sit in congested classrooms, with fans barely working because of load shedding. It is a true that the Cambridge students have to pay for these utilities, but Pakistani Education Board can at least provide a generator in every examination center, as they also charge students fees for sitting for the exams. This is where our tax money and the examination fee should be spent rather than providing free laptops.
